The Ketogenic Diet: Why? At the early 2020s, we lived in a downtown condo and had long walks, baseball games, restaurants that were close by and no thanks to Covid everything shut down. We were trapped, so we were becoming Maria television.
An annual medical visit cautioned us about our blood panels, weight increase – we had to do something right away. 😎
We tried several diets, with poor to terrible results. See this post.
We were introduced to the Paleo and Keto diets, which helped us lose weight without feeling like we were restricting ourselves and had much better blood panels results. We do not experience any signs of depression or headaches.
