Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Chia Seeds
  • 1 Cup Coconut Cream
  • 1 Cup Coconut Water
  • 1 Cup Raspberries
  • 1 T Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Cup Strawberries
  • Freeze-dried Raspberries
  • Cocoa Nibs

Instructions

  • In a food processor or blender, puree Raspberries and Strawberries.
  • Add coconut water, coconut cream
  • Blend well.
  • In a bowl, mix gently with chia seeds and the cocoa powder.
  • Add the fruit mixture, mix well
  • Pour in mason jars
  • Refrigerate overnight until chia seeds have swelled and doubled in size.
  • Add freeze-dried raspberries and the cocoa nibs
  • Cover and refrigerate until use
