Why are we looking at an easy to Make Keto Ranch Dressing?

Did you look at store bought dressings? Some come with 7g of carbs + 2g of sugar. One comes with 0 carbs but with tons of sodium and a nice warning:

It does, however, have 230mg of sodium per serving. So, use it sparingly.

When a manufacturer says use it sparingly… it’s not 100% good for you. For this Keto Ranch Dressing Recipe looking at the ingredient list, it’s even worse:

Corn Syrup, Modified Food Starch, Sugar, Monosodium Glutamate, Phosphoric Acid, Potassium Sorbate and Calcium Disodium EDTA (to protect flavor), Artificial Color, Polysorbate 60, Lactic Acid…

Corn syrup + sugar? Calcium disodium EDTA is a powder with a salt flavor. It’s food additive that prevents spoilage and preserves flavor and color. Well, my recipe is 100% natural as well as Keto Ranch Dressing, with no added sugar or any chemical. No need for preservatives, it’s so good it will be consumed in a few days. So, try this Keto Ranch Dressing recipe at least once!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Dried parsley
  • 1 tsp Dried dill
  • 1 tsp Dried chives
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or coconut milk)

Instructions

  • Whisk all ingredients together.
  • Add the almond milk gradually, until you reach desired consistency – see notes
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors develop.
    Store in the refrigerator for up to 10 days.
