Porn on Twitter, aka X, is a nightmare – let’s be honest, you open your favorite news feed in the morning, coffee in hand, and the first thing you see is a guy masturbating! Puke 🤮

I read somewhere that X has toughened the display of nudity on its platform Its rules state that adult content is allowed in tweets that should be marked as containing sensitive media and no nudity in live videos, profiles, or header pictures.
Hello TWITTER! Many profiles are running against your policy, and they are still active. I even have seen retweets of prostitutes!
I understand it’s called freedom of speech, right? Where is my freedom of drinking my first cup of brew without having to look at porn?
My big concern is, what if a child looking at pictures on a phone clicks on the cute birdie icon and sees a lady being sodomized? Mom’s fault for letting her child play with her phone…
I contacted @TwitterSafety. They were very helpful in not responding to my messages. 😊 They are certainly way too busy filtering the next election fake news!
The only solution I use is to block porn accounts and people retweeting them, block my child from using my phone, or stop using X and use Instagram instead.
Wait. Don’t run away canceling your favorite bird. Instagram has the same problem. Facebook? Same. Pinterest? Same. No Social media, then?
That’s a brilliant idea, let’s get rid of everything risky… driving… walking… drinking… going to work… living? Ya, living life has many dangers 🙂
So, I am not going to cancel my X account because of porn on Twitter. I’ll continue to block it and block RT of it, hoping that the bird will enforce its policies.
Do you have any idea how offending it is for many people? Once, I heard one of my staff scream. Looking at her phone… we all rushed to check her out. Her religion and culture forbid her to look at indecent scenes.
That video wasn’t indecent at all… it was obscene. How can I describe it… imagine a real dog, pitbull-type, eating “sushi” while she was sucking a guy’s equipment… ya PUKE… 🤮

The only solution to blocking unwanted tweets in your feed is to block the tweet’s owner. This might be a tough call when there is only one offending tweet.
Another solution is to click on the down arrow at the upper left corner of the tweet. Several options:
- Show less often tell the Twitter algorithm that the type of tweet is not appreciated.
- Embed Tweet is to add it to a webpage or post as I did below – all links work and lead to Twitter:

- Mute: You continue to follow them but put them on mute, meaning you still follow them but do not see their tweets. It’s easy to unmute.
- Block is both ways, you don’t see their tweets and they don’t see yours – If they try to look at your profile, the bird will tell them you blocked them… I use it a lot when it comes to unwanted tweeters.
- Report tweet – now the tweet is so offending that you go tell Twitter – this one opens a new popup with several options from I don’t like it to harmful and suicide prevention
Use these options to stop unwanted tweets, porn on Twitter, or whatnot.
