Delicious Keto Bone Broth is used in many recipes.
Why don’t I buy broth in stores? Just look at the label of this Keto Bone Broth Recipe. They may contain Carrageenan, soy lecithin, and many like sulfur dioxide, sodium bisulfate, and potassium metabisulfite. All these are to preserve the broth or balance the flavors.
I went to the organic side and they are many compliant additives added like Acacia Inulin, Agave Inulin, Calcium Carbonate, Zinc Gluconate, etc.
Making a bouillon (as the French say) is quite easy to prepare it is low-carbs, 100% natural, and delicious.
I recommend making Keto Bone Broth in a pressure cooker like the one at the bottom of the recipe: $80 only. No need to go for an expensive one or a combined air fryer. Keto Bone Broth recipe is easy and way faster than my GrandMa’s way, by using a dutch oven on the woodstove or my Mom’s way using a slow cooker.
