Keto electrolyte water drink Recipe
This drink will help keep you hydrated and can help with the keto flu!
Some call it a keto sports drink, but I like to drink some all day, it’s very refreshing and quite delicious.
Why homemade Keto electrolyte drink?
Lots of water is always what I recommend, but adding electrolyte is always very beneficial, not just for workouts or to tame the infamous keto flu.
Why homemade? Just look at the price. A 12 pack of low carb for some $20 seems a bit rough. The recipe below costs penny per fl oz and includes only natural ingredients.
This sugar-free keto electrolyte drink recipe takes just a few minutes to make.
It has a tart, sweet yet refreshing taste, quite delicious. Try it!
